Safety is our main concern. We consider it to be very important that the equipment is set up by trained technicians, insuring the safety of your party. Thus, we do not allow pick up at our store. Instead, we deliver free to you or a very minimal charge. You call and we worry about moving the equipment and set up and take down! Your job is to have fun and let the professionals handle the rest! Please ask for our certificate of insurance! – We care about our clients and will go out of our way to make you feel comfortable with us, our equipment and our service. Big Bounce Staff is happy to stay and attend your event to ensure safety (For an additional fee of course). But please know, if you have a capable adult (someone over 18)- they will be trained before our staff leaves and you will also be left with a safety manual to answer any questions you may have. Anytime during your event, you may call your delivery person.
